Question 1

What are the IBPS photo and signature sizes?

Accepted Answer

Photo: 200 × 230 px, 20–50 KB. Signature: 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB. Left thumb impression: 240 × 240 px, 20–50 KB. Handwritten declaration: 800 × 400 px, 50–100 KB. All as JPG.

Question 2

My photo is under 20 KB. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Nothing extra. The preset includes the 20 KB minimum, so a small photo is saved at a higher quality or topped up to 20 KB automatically.

Question 3

Do these sizes change?

Accepted Answer

They have been the same across PO, Clerk, RRB and SO recruitments for several years, but each notification has the final word. Check yours on ibps.in before you submit.

Question 4

Are my scans uploaded to CrispPic?

Accepted Answer

No. Resizing happens in your browser and the files never leave your device.
