Reporting a problem with a tool

Because everything runs inside your browser, we cannot see what went wrong on your machine — and we never receive the file you were working on. To make a bug reproducible, please include:

• which page you were on, and what you were trying to produce;
• your browser and operating system, and their versions;
• the original image's format and approximate size (please do not attach the image itself unless we ask for it).

Privacy and data requests

CrispPic has no accounts and stores no personal data, so there is normally nothing to export or delete. If you have a question about the privacy policy, or about the third-party cookies that are set when you accept them, write to the same address.
